The Tellers here are knowlegable and helpful. They remember you by name and are happy to help with anything you need. If you're banking after hours the atm here is fantastic you can deposit cash into your account make withdrawals in any bill amount transfer cash...whatever you need. it's been great considering i don't always get off work in time to visit during hours where they're actually staffed.

They helped me finance a 2000 Wrangler w/ 170xxx miles and 2004 Wrangler w/ 103xxx miles a couple years ago which most banks wouldn't touch with an average credit score. Every time I've gone in I've been greeted by friendliness & efficiency. I'm an experienced automotive sales consultant that has referred many people to this Credit Union and will continue to do so due to their very reasonable parameters & interest rates.

Top Notch professionals, excellent service. Helped me raise my credit quickly and easily. Loan officers are great as well. All in all much better than a typical bank and one of the better credit unions in Sheboygan.

There is only one loan officer I know that is actually decent her name is malissa she is on the ball, she is great , everyone else there I find Having to deal with them I find there customer service is extremely poor and they dont listen to anything u say so they ask same questions over, very unprepared and disorganized and nasty to there customers and how I know is I am a certified nationally in customer service gold and I know what is expected in this line of work and to tell you the truth they do not have it, they are harassing and cold and rude regardless of situations or there is plenty of time before payments are due as a responsible paying customer they are very disrespectful. I will not refer anyone or do any accounts thru them in the future.

The people are greate there. They know who you are and actually watch over your account.
