It's just a terrible place to bank. Ridiculously low daily debit card spending limit and it is a company policy that they will not raise it. For any reason. So, if you want to book a cruise or airline tickets online, good luck! Customer service reps all had different reasoning behind the policy, and no one knows who to blame or why it's that way. There are plenty of other banks and credit unions in the area that aren't ludicrously restrictive.
