Best banking establishment I have ever belonged to. Great friendly staff. Very understanding and helpful.

Been with valley community Credit union StevensPoint for 20+ years. I’ve had home loans, vehicle loans and toy (boat, camper, etc.) loans. Always quick, easy, and professional service, with a personal touch. Always a pleasure dealing with the credit union. Nice to have loans local. I’ve dealt with mike fox and it’s always a simple phone call telling him what I need and there’s always been a quick turn around getting the loan and decent rates. Very very satisfied.

I have been a member of Valley Communities for years now and they always do a great job! Whitney of the loan department is especially helpful and will work with you to make sure your completely satisfied with your financial decisions! She showed a lot of enthusiasm and helped me through every step of the loan process on multiple occasions. 12/10 recommend her for your loan needs and any financial questions!

Joined Valley Communities Credit Union out of convenience years ago. The credit union I had been part of decided to close their Plover location. Valley was practically across the street from my workplace in Stevens Point so I gave them a shot. I have had great experiences thus far from the friendly, knowledgeable staff. They always has a smile their faces and are willing to go the extra mile to help anyone with their financial needs. I'll say this, I no longer work "across the street", haven't for 2 years now, but I don't look elsewhere for my financial needs. Keep up the good work !

In general they are very good but a typo was made when ordering my replacement debit card, causing me to wait an additional two weeks for a second card to arrive. I have had several subscriptions cancel and I will have to pay late fees for some of them when I finally get my card. They are friendly staff and I understand that mistakes are bound to happen but this has been a huge and expensive inconvenience for me.

Every time I interact with anybody at VCCU they always greet with a warm smile and do everything they can for me and other clients. My experience with VCCU has been nothing short of comfortable and fluid.

My husband passed away recently and we had account with them. I have spent past two months trying my best to do all the things and paperwork with credit union, bank, his job and valley credit union promised to offer to help me with our joint account there but instead locked me out of accounts and screwed up my new health insurance, and other automatic monthly payments that came out of the accounts and made my lfe ALOT more miserable than already has been this year. Not very understanding people there at all, not helping and some plain outright rude😥💔
