1st Community Credit Union, Tomah, WI

My wife and I just recently refinanced our home with Brittany Hendricks. I would recommend this credit union to everyone. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions that we may have. Having a pleasant staff and great customer service is something we look for when doing business with anyone.

Very great staff. We got a refinanced home loan and Brittany Herricks was our mortgage loan person. She did an amazing job. She answered every question we had and it was a fast process overall.

Friendly service, but the lobby isnt open saturdays. Unless its a simple transaction that you can utilize the drive thru for, you need to use the lobby. Needless to say, i had to drive to sparta to get what i needed done. Ive used 1st ccu for the past 29 years and the Sparta location has always been perfect to me as a customer.

My wife and I stopped in to set up some new accounts with Kathy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Kathy was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She had us all set up and on our way in no time. Thank you to the whole team at the Tomah branch for welcoming us to the community! We're looking forward to building our new life here with all of you.

Rhonda was amazing with getting my checking account started! She was fabulous throughout the entire process and I am so thankful to finally find a place I can put all of my deposits into! My husband was also thrilled to get this started! She was fast, and confident in her work and the process was easy! Rhonda Anderson is such a great asset to 1st Community Credit Union in Tomah, Wisonsin. She was incredibly patient and kind as she showed us how to set up an online account, prints checks, and learn the ropes of our new financial institution, including which accounts to use to get the best bang for our buck!
