Overall Great bank... however, if you plan to open a Savings account, deposit 100% of any paper checks you receive. If you cash checks, even with an account, there is still a fee. I was told that I had been informed multiple times of this but I only recall being informed when I created the account. Be ware. RESPONSE TO COMMENT: The lady on the phone did explain to me what made that fee happen, and I do understand. But, I've only been to the physical bank less than a dozen times since I opened my account, and being told I was informed of that fee multiple times just isn't true, at least to my recollection. I will say as well that I was disappointed that I wasnt asked prior to me receiving my money if that's how I wanted to do it, or at least be informed before the transaction was completed about a fee being in place. I hold no ill-will to anyone about this as i have held an account there for over a year and have been a satisfied account holder, but with my old job, I had direct deposit, so i never had to worry about cashing checks until now. Being informed that depositing 100% of my check doesnt cause a fee would have been useful to know before they finished the transaction.I am a little disappointed with my visit today.

Simple, no nonsense banking...just what I'm looking for. To the reviewer who can't navigate the parking lot and believes it's dangerous, maybe you'd best stay home as there is nothing wrong with their setup. If you want to see a screwed up parking lot, look just down the street at Bank First.

The staff at R.I.A. is excellent and very caring team. I lost my husband of 43 years recently and they helped me by answering all my questions and assisting me with all the paperwork regarding his accounts. I would recommend their professionalism, kind and empathetic attitudes to all I meet.
