Cash Store, Waukesha, WI

The only reason I gave 5 stars is because of the staff. Tanisha, Shari and Sami at the W. Sunset Dr. Location in Waukesha WI were very nice and offered great conversation during the painfully long process of completing the transaction from start to finish. It literally took close to 2 hours as we waited for the printer to receive my pdf files needed. The interest rates are horrendous. Sad since most folks are here because this is their last resort. I honestly hope the ladies I mentioned above get their credit due. They worked great as a team and they clearly like working together!

Tineshia and Sharie were great!!!! They were super patient and helped me with every step of the process. It was definitely worth it and they were both very knowledgeable about the services they offer. The reviews previous to mine are over exaggerated and opposite of what I experienced - the overall experience was exceptional ! Thanks again guys!!!

My experience was very pleasant. Shari was very helpful & thorough & even though there were only 2 employees in the store the process was very efficient.

Friendly, awesome group of ladies! Really helped me thru the whole process. Was entertained and laughing by the time I left. Would 100% refer the cash store in Waukesha to anyone!

Khaila was very nice and sweet she explained everything very well and she work barrage kinder pressure the office was busy when I came in and she kept it very professional she really deserve a raise

They tell you, you are pre-qualified for a loan online and have you come in. Waited 2 hours to start the process 3 hours total in store. They say the percentage rate is high because they don't do credit checks but i was denied for unfavorable payment history. So where did they look for payment history if they don't do credit checks? They send you stuff in the mail saying your pre-qualified as well. It's all fake making people waste gas to go for them to say no. They should probably stop telling people they are pre-qualified if they really are not. Percentage rates are ridiculous and so is their marketing to get people in store.

Staff was excellent and very respectful. Very efficient and expedited process with the deposit to my account in less than 25 minutes.
