Tanesha james was so helpful very knowledgable any questions we had were answered, any troubleshoots we had we figured out she wss so helpful the process was hardly stressful like i thought a loan would be.

Well they cold-call you if you have never done business with them (violating DNC), so there's that...

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. When they are getting you to apply and accept a loan, they are really nice and helpful. And then the moment they have you, it does a complete 180. We just paid off OneMain loan, and had to call them about 10 times in the process due to payoff info/ interest/ etc. Each time we called them it was a completely different story than the last. Things changed every time we spoke and it was extremely frustrating. Worked with Heidi, 2 different Joyce's, and another name I cannot remember. None were helpful in the slightest, in fact they were rude and gave incorrect information. Now that our loan is paid off and closed out, we will NEVER be working with this company again and will not recommend any friends and family do either.

I am shocked at how easy the process was. Taneshea is super kind and knowledgeable She worked well with me and made it so I could understand what exactly I was getting myself into! It's about time I get my financial situation all in one place and this did just that and got me into some stuff I've been wanting (vacuum, new ukulele, ect.) Thank you for giving me the opportunity to succeed! Also they have free water while you are there so that's nice!

I took out a loan for 2000.00 with insurance for an additional 499.00 just in case something happen to car I planned to buy with the loan. Well, I decided not to buy the car and paid back the loan in full with in the month I took out the loan. 1.The agent originally told me their would be no fee if I paid off loan with in the first month. Which is not the case, I did have to pay a fee;( 2. They also told me they would fax in my cancellation to the third party insurance company and I would recieve a check for the 499.00 to pay off my remaining balance on my loan, which is the amount of the insurance added to my original loan. Which again not the case!! Turns out you have to call or email tge third party Insurance company yourself otherwise it will not be cancelled and the will continue to charge you interest on your loan;( 3. I still have not recieved a check from Insurance company and they are still charging me interest on this remaining balance. 4. DO NOT EVER TAKE A LOAN OUT WITH ONEMAIN IN WAUKESHA IT IS A SCAM!!!!

A gal Named Tonesha that works at the Waukesha branch office is entirely rude, unprofessional and turns things around "Racially " after i requested a loan payoff . I would suggest NEVER using this place for receiving money! Bad customer service and employee's!

They are supposed to help you come to find out they wanted to put my car up for collateral which isn’t in their fine print very fishy and also very high interest! I would Not recommend them to anyone at all .

don't believe the 5 star reviews they have you give them 5 star while you finish paperwork they are loan sharks charging 32% no matter your situation DONT DO IT
