Waste of time, online and phone calls completely different quote, come in and they insult me with a 900$ offer for my 09 Lincoln when an impala was approved for 1500 that looked like they just rear ended someone… also not happy with all the personal pictures of inside the car as well as my picture, slamming my car door repeatedly, and immediately wanting title and everything for paperwork before anything begins.. process is a joke, quotes are a joke.. try calling the 800 and 888 numbers for answers just to be placed on indefinite hold! Worst 70 mile round trip for nothing! Can’t even be honest with customers when setting up the appointments.. company based in kansas..
