We love our credit union ! The staff have always been accommodating and friendly. If we need to call, we always receive a person to talk with on the other end. We also like the fact there are no extra charges for services.

I went in to inquire about a dormancy fee that I received. Right from the get go I got attitude from the second teller. She was by far the rudest woman. Every question I asked was met with a “ I don’t know” or “ I’m not the one who makes the rules”. There was no customer service and I am strongly motivated to close my account.

I deposited $650 into my account and set up an automatic monthly transfer into another account, when it came time for that transfer to happen the money was gone. I’ve talked to multiple people and given them different ways to try and figure out where they incorrectly put my money. They have no interest in trying to resolve this problem. As soon as I can I will be no longer using them and suggest you find another place with a little accountability and some customer service.

Any transaction out of country is blocked meaning you have to call and say "yes please allow that to go through" every single time. However the biggest problem is it's impossible to get in contact with anyone at the front desk by phone as none of their automated reception options lead to direct calling for help. The only way is to walk in and ask for something. Horrible customer service and disgusting wait times.

Do not borrow money from this bank unless you like entire payments going to interest and literally zero percent off the principle.
