My daughter & I opened accounts there the end of September. We had Hannah Pitsch help us. We have had nothing but great service since. Last week, my son needed to open accounts, so I took him in to open them. Thankfully, Hannah was working when we went, so she was able to help us again. My son is on the autism spectrum, so watching my son & Hannah talk in ways where he felt comfortable, was so amazing. We could not have asked for a better representative. I have been a customer for over 15 years. My granddaughter needed a loan for a car. June helped us with everything that we needed to do in order for her to buy a car. I am happy to say that within a few days my granddaughter got approved and already has the car that she wanted. My husband & I have purchased a few cars & have used Valley Communities for our loans. In addition, we helped another granddaughter in 2020 so that she could also purchase a car. Thank you, June & all of the staff, at Valley Communities.

Every time I've been there it's been an unpleasant experience. I have been given rude remarks when I just became a member and I was completely new to the bank. I don't feel comfortable going there and the customer service is not the best at all. The online banking apps do not work as well as they should and could use a lot of improvement.

Super easy to sign up for my checking and savings accounts, took no more than 15 minutes! Cindy even sent me a thank-you card in the mail after I joined :)

We recently completed an auto loan with the help of June. She was amazing! She decidated time to us and helped us complete the process quickly and efficently. She answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. She was fantastic overall!! Can't wait to work with her in the future.
