Man I can understand one mistake. But making the same mistake 3 times with the same customer. That's just unexcusable. Thank you Stacia for once again not following simple instructions. Now my bills will once again be late. Time to seek other banking options.

I usually do online banking, everytime I've been there the staff always greets you with a smile. Always very helpful. I'm glad I made this my main bank.
