Not bad This place is like a mediocre place they have a decent selection of things and I usually sell my stuff here from a place I cannot say haha. You can have stuff on layaway plenty of laptops. TVs and selection of guns could be better.

Good place to shop and find a deal. People that complain about the pawn shop, complain about everything under the sun.

This pawn shop is the used to be go to meaning its not the to go to anymore . Products are not the same and you pay too much for junk or the same price as brand new . As I believe pawn shops are slowly dissappearing mainly because of how they decide to handle things . I mean.why let me pay $200 for a piece of jewelry then a week later offer $5 for the same item . Sorry but not worth the time. Cant tell you how many items didnt last a day from the cross lanes or dunbar location (i hear KV could be going out of business) go to Wills lol

Do not I repeat do not buy any power tools or lawn equipment from this place because it always turns out to be junk . Bought a weed eater that didn’t even work and had a damaged head took it back and I really wanted my money back but due to the no refund policy I was stuck in accepting store credit pretty much telling I had to buy other junk so I went with a chainsaw I bought last summer used on one small bush put up in my closet then took it out this year put new fuel and chainsaw oil in it and it doesn’t work either can’t do nothing about it because too much time has pasted and all the Will other is credit . Trite be told stay away from any store with a no refunds policy

Great pawn shop, had great service and prices. That young lady with the dark hair, was so helpful and polite while helping me find some jewelry for my wife and daughter. I know where I'm telling my friends and family to go.

Walked in guy behind the counter trying way to hard pushing for a sale. Couldn’t shop or discuss with spouse he was literally breathing down my neck every step we took. Trying to push jewelry and tools the way we was followed was very inconsiderate even after us saying can we get a minute? Nope not in there

I purchased a diamond ring from here and put it on layaway. After I got the ring out. I then took the ring to two different jewelers and was told it was not a real diamond in the setting. I was later told that one of the employees that work there was taking out the real diamonds in rings and replacing them with fake settings and he was fired. I was told this by an employee that worked there him self. What can be done about this. This is frauds and illegal.
