The tellers are friendly, helpful, and kind not to mention knowledgeable. The bank and its property is also always very tidy and clean which I appreciate. I've had fantastic loan experience. Kim made the application process easy.I have been a member for years and I am very satisfied. They also do their best to remedy any problems you might encounter. It's a joy working with them.

I wouldn't bank anywhere else. I drive out of my way to keep my account. I started with them in the early 90s when they were Conrail Credit Union and in a very small office. The staff are always friendly and helpful in any way. Their loan process is simple and leaves you with piece of mind when things go so smooth.

I've banked there for years. And they freeze my debit card every other week, with no way to reactivate it on the weekends. The fraud detection is a call center that cant help. In fact they hung up on me. I'm without funds this weekend because of it. How can I go to work without money for gas? Avoid this bank/ credit union. They have been nothing but trouble.

I prefer Members Choice to the big banks I used to use. Friendly and personable staff and a bit more forgiving if you happen to overdraft. Not that I ever do that of course. Lol.
