I applied for a loan with Andrew on a Friday. He said he would call me on Monday and let me know if I needed a cosigner. I had a cosigner there that day who was going to be a coapplicant but he never gave us the opportunity. Well all day Monday I waited no call. Tuesday morning I call him and he tells me his supervisor will be in that afternoon and will call me back with some information as soon as he talked to his supervisor. 5pm comes and goes no Andrew!!! So now it's Wednesday I have no answer for the homeowners who want to sell their home I call the bank and Andrew answers the phone. He said he had to get to his computer. Then comes back on the phone being rude. He told me I can't have a cosigner it won't help. I asked if we could put up land for collateral he snapped no at me. He never bothered to what kind of land or what kind of collateral. I told him he could have been professional and called me back as he promised me for days. I know my collateral is worth 200% more than the money I wanted to borrow. I will never recommend anyone deal with this bank
