Most of the staff at this location are rude when they answer the phone and are not helpful at all. Trying to get ahold of my loan officer Danielle is ridiculous. Seems like my business isnt that important. Call and leave messages and never get a return call. Have to keep calling and still get pushed off. Was told i would get a call back by her and of course that didnt happen. If they can't handle the volume of business they have they should be limited to how many they can do. I always thought customer service was important, apparently I was wrong. Have even been told by staff that if Danielle couldnt call me back then they would get someone else to call and that never happened either. Just trying to get simple answers about my loan and a simple call back would be appreciated but guess that don't matter and too much to ask.

My daughter was recently diagnosed with a rare bone disease, we were looking to buy a side by side for our daughter to be able to get out and about outside, Kayla and Onemain made this happen! Very quick process, Kayla even helped me with making the phone calls to get our insurance figured out! They definitely went above and beyond!

My husband and I needed a personal loan, and Dalton Jones was able to get us one. The process honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It does do a hard inquiry on your credit, so be advised. Our monthly payments aren't really that high, so that was nice to discover. The only drawbacks I can see are daily interest and a high interest rate.
