Kemba Charleston Federal Credit Union, Dunbar, WV

I've been with kemba for 20 years never had a probablem getting a loan and if I did they bent over backwards to fix the problem. Love them fine lady's. Always egar to help.

Most of the people there are nice, willing to help. Not giving it a full five star rating because when I went to go see about financing my car a few months ago, Unprofessional employee came outside asked me what I wanted and was real rude and judgmental. Besides that everyone else was sweet.

A well deserved 5 star credit union....always professional and courteous...and I have been a member for well over 30 yesrs... I just wish they had an office in Short Pump VA...Kudos to the entire staff and management at KCCU

**Update: Kemba has improved tremendously. They have friendly staff and it has been a great experience every time I have visited the bank recently. I have updated the review because they truly deserve it. Tommy W.

Repeatedly locks your card if you so much as make $100+ in online purchases and then the backwards operating hours will prevent you from accessing your money on a weekend. The "Fraud Dectection System" also conveniently only works Monday-Friday so good luck if you have an urgent payment due on the weekend after shopping online.
