Applies for a personal loan and was denied. Credit score dropped 72 points anyways. Explain that please.

Place is an absolute disgrace. My wife called and asked about getting a document notarized. She was told yes, we can do that for you. When she asked the cost, she was told it would be free. We drove there and she was refused service because we weren't members of the credit union. She offered to pay and was also refused. When she offered to open an account she was told that opening an account would take "About 40 minutes". I cannot imagine worse customer service. Avoid this place like the plague!

Every time I’ve been here they’re extremely rude and takes me 25 minutes on a good day just to get through drive through line.... but the dude working is kind and not rude ,

They aren't a bad "bank" but they are a bit outdated compared to other banks like Huntington.

Will get the job done with a smile but, agonizingly slow.
