First Exchange Bank, Fairmont, WV

I changed to First Exchange bank 6 years ago because I wasn't happy with the bank I had at the time. I've had nothing but positive interaction with this bank. Highly recommend

They give me money

normally i go to the whitehall branch and they’re amazing there wish i could say the same about this location everytime i’m here i sit in the drive through for AT LEAST 15 min while i’m the only car and the workers aren’t doing anything inside i have to hit the button like 5 times before im even acknowledged and once you are acknowledged there’s a lot more to be desired when it comes to their customer service… looks like i’ll be driving the extra 10 min for good customer service

Bad experience manager was unbelievable im closing my account from there because of my experience.

Lack of effort to help(commercial loan manager) their customers in need, because of the high interest rates.
