Delayed my house purchase with sloppy paperwork. Screwed up insurance information and then blamed me. The last straw was a recent letter I received: They sent me a very unproffessional, demeaning notice after the previous owner of my property skipped out on paying taxes. The documentation clearly showed the tax liability as the previous owner. Very accusatory language so I not only had to deal with this deadbeat's taxes but also with HFSB treating me like I was the bad guy. The good rate I got is not worth the headaches and disrespect.

Thorough and seamless experience with Ruth B. In less than 15 minutes, I was able to open an account, make a deposit, receive my debit card, and download the app to my phone with set up. This is the way banking and customer service should go. Great job guys, thanks very much!

Apparently when traveling out of state you must call your local branch to let them know where you are going, when you are leaving and how long you will be gone or your account will be locked. #mymoneymybusiness
