Ever since the security update trying to log in to my account has been a literal nightmare! I'm sure I am not the only member to experience this! Each time I've had to change my password...there are only so many passwords.Other times I've had to call a number and speak to someone and then they change my password I've been a member for almost 20 years and have never seen such a nightmare as this. I've spoke with several C.S. folks and others and they all sympathize with me and tell me they are aware of the problem an not much else. Now I am locked out of my online account and need to get my balance. The bank hasn't opened it's doors yet for business and will not until 9 A.M.. So now I am at their mercy.

Horrible experience. I was pre-approved. They done a hard pull on my credit and I ended up getting offered a 10 % which is higher than what I'm financed with already. & they won't help me dispute. DO NOT GO WITH THEM FOR ANY FINANCING! I got approved with another company with a 4.3 %

Love my credit union. But if you aren’t open on Saturdays right now, could you please update your hours on your door or online? I was really disappointed to see you were closed this morning, and so were several other members who drove through. -Huntington Branch

I’ve been with Star for almost 19 years. The service is second to none at every branch. Especially Teays Valley which is closest to me. They have never failed to resolve any issue. Either in person or on the phone. I recommend the mobile banking app also

I left chase bank to open a business account at Star USA Federal Credit Union
1.) their website/ app never worked it would never let me in and told me my password wouldn’t work. Since day 1 I have used it 3 times in 5 weeks.
2.) do online purchases they declined 3 times said you can’t purchase online products from California. Fraud department
3.) asked for a proof of funds paper for my realtor and the woman behind the desk asked for email so she could email it to me. She never sent it so I called. I was routed to the manager. Let me say she was she was one of the nastiest people that I’ve spoken to on the phone ever she was very argumentative stating that she’s not allowed to send anything in the an email that has account information and I can come back in and pick it up if I wanted it I asked what’s the reason because banks do it all the time we’re not allowed to put account balances in an email. I explained all I needed was a letterhead stating that I had funds over a certain amount of money to be able to purchase a property so she so she decided that she wanted to get loud and say that still an account balance, so I said, I will just close my account
4.) go to close my account they give me a check they would not let me have cash all the $4000 even though I came in with cash they gave me somebody else’s money from a different persons account I looked at it and said this is not me it’s not mine. She looked at me and said well that’s all you got in your account I said this is at me more than this in my account. She wanted to be argumentative also a different teller. Another teller had to tell her that she was wrong and wanted to short me $8000 then I finally got that account straight with a pitiful apology.
5.) did they write me a check cashier check to my business name with my other account would not accept because I don’t have a business account with them. Do not go to Huntington star, USA federal credit union. They are horrible.

I want to say that Star USA has been really good to me since becoming a member in July 2021. They helped me with an auto loan & I really do appreciate 🙏 it. Had trouble at first with logging into my account, but after calling them it's all good now. Thanks Star USA Federal Credit Union!!! …
