Clear Mountain Bank, Kingwood, WV

I've had several banks including bank of America and clear mountain is by far the worst. It took 5 weeks to get my debit card, can't reject payments, and I was hit with overdraft for being overdrafted from being overdrafted. That's right. I was hit with $70 for an overdraft, that I cancelled. It's a pain to contact them as the phone number on Google is linked to Citi Bank, not clear mountain. I am not authorized to use the banking App even though it's my account. This bank is a complete joke. Only two things I can say that's positive about this bank is that the staff is incredibly friendly and have a free checking account option. If you can afford to go else were I highly recommend it

Communication was very clear and prompt. We had all the information we needed to proceed with our loan and had prompt responses when we had questions or needed clarification, which made the process so very pleasant.

Clear mountain is one of the worst banks i have ever had. Their app NEVER works, and if you can log into it, the mobile deposit doesn't work, when we originally went to the bank to apply, they didn't listen, got the wrong address, even though we repeated it four times. In person. Charged us for their mistake and tried telling us we owed them thay money anyway.Frankly can't wait to leave. Do yourself a favor and don't. Just don't.
