WEPCO Federal Credit Union Lending Branch, Kingwood, WV

This financial institution is THE WORST!!! There is no customer service…especially over the phone. Zero help, all the leg work is placed on the customer. The website is a joke and now I need to drive to a different bank to set up bill pay because apparently the employees don’t even know how their own system works. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the hassle/headaches and DO NOT get any loans through this institution.
