Would give 0 stars if possible. We called and asked about getting a loan for building our house. Informed them of the acreage and everything about the land. We were told that they could do the loan with no problem. Filled out everything and have been in the process for MONTHS and loan officer kept telling us that everything was okay and there shouldn’t be any problem getting approved. Today we were informed that because they didn’t know their own policies for their own company that our loan is denied. Months wasted to have to restart now because people can’t do the job they are paid to do. Don’t waste your time here for a loan. Go somewhere else.
