Correction for the gentleman below. This is a credit union, not a bank. Banks are run by shareholders. Credit unions are member owned. I can personally testify that the employees at RFCU are extremely friendly, kind and care very much about their members. I am positive that if asked, individuals who are members would have nothing but positive remarks about their service. I understand how an ex-employee would be upset about their departure but I truly hope that their feelings will not reflect on the opinions of others. Feel free to call or stop in to see for yourself how nice the staff is and how great the services are. You won't be disappointed.

It is sad the workers there are talking about ex employees to their customers. It clearly lowers the standards of how this bank is run. Also, the reviews clearly show what is really going on which this bank/credit union is like a high school drama show. I'm at awe at how this business is still even open and can compete with other banks in the area.

Great group of people and every single one of them are very family oriented. You couldn’t ask for better service and people to work with. I know a few of them on a personal basis and they treat you like a family member and friend.

Have dealt with RFCU for 18 yrs. I find these ladies to be kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to clarify this as someone with the same name as mine referred to them as bullies.
