The staff at the South Charleston Branch are very helpful and they have great customer service. One lady Olivia assistant me with my card. Although we were on the phone I can tell that she was pleased to help me with my situation.

I have always had a pleasurable experience. I have had 2 car loans through them and the ease of doing business was great. The workers at so chas location are bubbly and make me feel very welcome.

I recently re-refinance my car through Element with the loan officer Olivia and she was able to lower my car payment and apr even lower than when I first did a refinance through Element back in June of 2018 so that was great news for me and I already know where I'm going to refinance or even get a car loan through when I get a new car in the future and that will be Element Federal Credit Union.

Very helpful and will answer all your questions even if they have to get back to you and they do get back to you. Great rates on loans and account plans. You will love working with this group.
