I personally did not like my experience here. When I walked in no one greeted me. Gary seemed like he was too busy with other things or didn’t want to help me in the moment. However, he did point me in the right direction when we learned that my family couldn’t qualify for certain things. Overall, he seemed like he wanted to help me fast as he could and then get on with his day. Something that is very difficult when you trying to purchase your first home.

We tried getting a mortgage from several other places and were told no constantly. A realtor here in town sent us to Gary and we went in with no hope if getting a mortgage and practically fell out of our seats when he told us no problem this is what you qualify for. Not only did we get a mortgage on our house, but we were also able to purchase another home for my parents. They were so easy to work with.

This is my first time purchasing a home so I had a lot of questions and needed direction. It took several calls and emails to try and reach Gary or anyone that could give me answers. When he finally called me back a week after my initial application, he was very vague with any information I requested about the loan & the process. He just seemed too busy to answer my questions. I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Buffalo Federal Savings Bank owner Gary Larson is the best home loan officer I have ever encountered in the past years. He helped us get our home loan in Evanston Wyoming without any problems or worries. We are from Utah and we highly recommend this bank.
