I have to say the ladies absolutely rock!!! Probably the best and friendliest I have ever meet at a bank period. They handled my problem that the Idaho branch totally sucked at. Thank you so much Shannon and Alexis. You restored my faith in US Bank. Thanks, Teresa Ickes

This other bank we have in Evanston not big bank very friendly and have use them on car loan great deal on the loan

What is going on with the US Bank in Evanston? Did they close this branch? No one there and no one answers the phone.

Personnel are very knowledgeable and willing to help out.
