Highmark Federal Credit Union, Gillette, WY

This location is one of the best in town. Every time I go in my customer service from the tellers, bankers and especially the manager Cynthia are above average. I feel so welcomed and any questions I may have, are answered expertly. What an asset this location is to our community. They are extremely involved in fundraising events for numerous different organizations and non profits in town. Can’t give enough 5 stars, if you are not a member you are missing out!

The Gillette location is amazing. Highly recommend becoming a member. Customer service is on point. The manager Cynthia is so friendly and I see her being active in our community. The bankers and tellers are so helpful with any needs I may have. The new building is such an upgrade and looks beautiful.

Cynthia and her team are amazing! Quick responses, saved us a lot on moving our loans over and the new building is beautiful. We've sent our son and even our parents to them, all have been taken care of and feel at home. Highly recommend for all your banking needs!

Terrible credit union. They are awful people who keep removing valid negative reviews. They are trying to censor decent and honest people. Cynthia has proven herself to be a duplicitous liar. This same credit union has terrible reviews for other branches from other states. Obviously Highmark has a serious issue with customer trust. Cynthia is simply trying to salvage her reputation after having terrible customer service. Don’t use their services. Protect yourself, your family, and your money and choose a different bank.

Cynthia - Get real. Reporting our reviews in a desperate attempt to delete them & raise your business rating again will not prevent us from continuing to let people know they should not bank with you through various other means. I guess people will have to call to speak with your credit union personally for more assurance before choosing to bank with you - I hope you are prepared to support the many phone calls you will be receiving as a result.

Highmark has been outstanding for years. Their competitive rates (especially auto loan rates and interest-bearing Kasasa checking) along with their excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff has caused our family to recommend them repeatedly. Contact them yourselves or check their website for all of their current offerings. No gimmicks or gotchas, just a great place to bank.
