Pinnacle Bank, Gillette, WY

If I could negative stars I would. Don't go to pinnacle to get a mortgage because they don't know what they are doing when it comes to pre-approval of loans. I got my pre-approval signed the first round of paperwork and was told if there was any problems they would call. 2 weeks went by and never heard from them so I thought all was good. I called just to check in and the loan officer drops the bomb that the loan can't be approved now, 2 1/2 weeks before closing. I did everything that they asked me to do in terms of getting info and stuff and they didn't do their part. Then they make it seem like they are a hometown bank and the loan stays local. Nope that's a lie too because the minute it closes they sell it to investors from God knows where. I went in and closed my personal account and so did my family members. WORST BANK EVER.

My husband and I had a joint checking, savings and business account here from 2019 till Current. We have been attempting to close our account for weeks. There is no communication and honestly no respect from this bank. It has been a horrible experience and definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Update: my husband and I have been trying to close our accounts for two weeks. I emailed Michelle a plan of how I would transfer the money to my new account. She took it upon herself to mail a cashiers check for less than the amount that was in the account so now I still have money in the account and no clue when I will be receiving it. I definitely would not recommend using this bank. Worst service and sense of direction I have ever seen. They aren’t even worth the star I gave them.

We have three commercial loans with this bank. They have been nothing but easy to work with an efficient. They have gotten deals done for us that other lenders could not. I highly recommend this bank, especially the Gillette branch. We have had good experiences with the Cheyenne branch as well.

Left because they stole $2,000 out of my account and refused to refund the money.

I love walking into a my bank and at least one person from the staff knows my name. When you go to Pinnacle they work hard on your needs and don't make you feel like your just a number. I would refer anyone to this bank.

I went through Pinnacle specifically Pam to here recently to get a loan on a pickup. It was my first time getting a loan and Pam was more than amazing. She walked me through every step and made it go as smooth as possible working around my schedule and helping me start building more credit. I can not put into words how great the experience was but I would highly recommend Pam and Pinnacle to anyone.

Pinnacle bank is the best bank in gillette. I have never had a negative experience there. Pam Munoz and Christina Brink are the best!
