We had found a house that we wanted to buy, went online for pre approval, got it taken care of. The sellers requested that I get a mortgage form in state. I asked a friend who he used last year when he bought a home. He told me Laura Edwards and that he had a great experience with them. So, I figured I would give her a look, checked the website and filled out the contact information. It was late Sunday night, first thing Monday morning, Laura had tried to contact me by phone, then a short text, since I couldn’t answer. We got started with everything in a timely manner. Laura and her office was very patient and understanding, since I work six days a week. We were able to talk on the phone, text and email. We ended up closing a week earlier than expected. Laura and her team were wonderful about getting everything lined up and taken care of over Christmas and New Years. I don’t plan to buy another house anytime soon but if I were; Laura would be my first call.
