Guild Mortgage - Andy Ripps, Jackson, WY

We met with three mortgage companies prior to selecting Andy Ripps/Guild Mortgage. The reasons for going with Andy and Guild Mortgage were many! The initial reason was because of convenience; we didn't have to drive 10+ hours each direction to gather hard-copies of required documentation which was required by the other two lenders. (We purchased our home in Star Valley while we were spending the Summer in the area.) Andy understood our situation and allowed us to submit e-documents. In addition, and another nice perk, the cost to obtain the loan was lower and the rate was slightly better than the other two. Lastly, Andy and his team were very thorough and approachable. It was, by far, the best, easiest and most pleasant loan process that my husband and I have experienced in our 8+ homes we've owned over the years. Thank you, Andy and the entire Guild Mortgage Team! Andy and his team did a great job for us when we moved to Idaho. As a business owner many traditional loan sources seemed unavailable to us. It seems we didn't have much history since moving to Idaho, although I have been self employed managing money for clients throughout the US for 35 years.
