Rocky Mountain Bank, Jackson, WY

The data reporting for my business has been insufficient. In down loading my transactions for 2020 they have changed the descriptions during the down load for generic descriptions forcing me to manually go thru my statements. They also only store data for 18 months (online statements less) I am very disappointed with their information systems. However, the people who work at the bank are great and they offer great service.

I've been a customer of RMB for years now and should have written this long ago. Without a doubt the best customer service of any bank (or business for that matter). I work with Kristen Fox, VP Business Development Officer and she's the best. Whenever, no matter what, she is on top of it and resolves any issue I might have. Kristen and everyone I work with at RMB go above and beyond to make my banking experience spectacular.
