Let me start off by saying, no one asked me from this establishment to write a review. I would think its robbery if I didn't leave a review from the customer service experience I received from Lucky Finance. I've never had to go through a process like this, However from the moment I entered the establishment not knowing what the outcome would be, the customer service was unequivocally amazing. I can't just say one of the ladies was pleasant because they all were from the lady in the far corner of the building who assisted me to the Manager Chastity, they were all great. As I forstated, I don't normally write a review unless I've had an exceptionally good customer service experience or I've had one of the worst customer service experience. Not only were these ladies able to help me in my time of need, my car had completely shut down on me and I didn't get paid for another week, so this loan truly was a blessing and on top of that I had a great customer service experience. This will definitely be a company I will always do business with even though I had to drive nearly an hour to get there. Ladies keep doing what you're doing. If you make one customer situation better you have done your job. I feel like even if the situation had not ended in my favor or you guys weren't able to help me I would not have left your business disappointed, because the atmosphere of friendliness would have outweighed the disappointment had I not been able to get help from you guys. Great customer service experience is a hot commodity in the times that we're living in now, so again I appreciate the friendly service. I went into Lucky Finance just to see if I could get a loan which I’ve never done before and got approved. Ms. Chasity got me together!!! As long as you have all your documents needed you will be fine. Their service is courteous, fast, welcoming and very hospitable. Thank you again Ms. Chasity!!! I will be back!!

Chasity the manager is on point. She had a office full and was getting the new loans out so fast. She has her employees on a system and they are getting it done. The ladies have excellent customer service and I highly recommend this location.

The staff is amazing!!! They helped me when i really needed it. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are meet! Chastity is an amazing manger and Mrs. Vera always is there when i need her. They are the best!!!!

Although I, unfortunately, did not get my issue solved, I appreciate the help and friendly services from the women. Just to note for future customers, if you are a contract worker in need of a loan, there's a possibility that Lucky Finance will need to contact your current employer for proof of future/continuous employment, contractual or not. Just a heads up for contract workers, in the event that your employer cannot externally disclose the confirmation of continued employment or promotion, then LF won't proceed with the loan issuing. If I were to have any loan needs in the future, I'd consider revisiting the establishment.

I had a very good experience with Kinsmith Finance. They are very professional and they get you in and out quickly. The customer service was great and Leona made the process seamless. I appreciate the kind treatment and highly recommend Kinsmith.

The staff here are down to earth and very helpful, Lisa, Leona, and Jazmyn made sure that my experience was pleasant and the process was smooth. I appreciate all ladies because they were all a big help and if you plan to come here please let them know that Essence sent you.

I’ve gotten a loan here before, and they were great, but this time I went back to get another loan and Ms. Brittany was amazing!!! She is exceptional, pleasant, and has an outstanding spirit. Give her a raise immediately because she truly made my day. As a person who works in customer service it’s always heartwarming to run into individuals who enjoy what they do and that treat people the way they want to be treated. Brittany is the absolute BEST and super knowledgeable!!!!!
