Moved from a different state and needed to open a new bank account. When I first applied I was declined by there system and they gave me a number to call. I called the number said no info was found and called my old banks and they had nothing against me. I could not figure out why I was being denied but the nice manager helped me out and we got an account open. Great customer service and all around kindness!

We have nothing but good things to say! Peoples Bank have gone out of their way to make our banking experience the best. Clark helped with our home loan and Wes with our commercial loan. Now we work with Dezeray, and Deanna who both are very friendly and easy to work with.

This bank doesn’t return phone calls, it’s hard to get anyone to know what is going on. The nailed two card to my street address after I specified it had to go to my PO Box. They bounced a check and charged me a fee then called and said it was a “mistake” after it had bounced a very important check then I had to call back because they “forgot” to remove the fee. Not impressed closer my account and going somewhere else.

They do not hire anyone with a tattoo because they are a "family bank". This is not only discrimination but it is also very ignorant. They should take a good look at what families look like nowadays. 2021 doesn't have room for companies like this.

Piss poor help on even trying to get a small loan of $3500. Being with the same bank for decades does no good when they are not willing to help. I believe anyone that wants to do business with a bank chooses a different place. That's all I have to say.

Amazing local bank that has all the capabilities of a large national bank without the corporate overlord vibe. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and consistently go above and beyond. They invest in the community and a great partner for growth minded businesses. Ignore the disgruntled reviews and visit to see for yourself!
