Dont really know why i have an account here. Second time now ive been told they cant take change. Why? If the machines broken, get it fixed. If you cant fix it, well better get to counting by hand. Just because your machine isnt working, doesnt mean my bills go on hold. I mean come on, even a convenience store can take my change and count it, why cant the place that their job is literally money?? I might have had like 5 dollars in mostly quarters. Definitely didnt feel like i was a valued customer.

Terrible customer service every single time I go.. today I approached the drive-through and wasn’t even greeted with a simple hello? The ladies are rude and uneducated.. and leaving I wasn’t even told a thank you? SO RUDE and disrespectful. 0 stars

If there were more than 5 stars Danette would totally win , hands down .. This was the best experience I have ever had at a bank .. she was so patient, friendly , answered all my questions.. I highly recommend Siouxland Federal Credit Union I have since moved my banking with her Thank you

She was very friendly and informative about how the process worked and helped me make the right decision on my car loan. I will definitely be going back to her when it comes time to get another loan. I can't recommend the people at SFCU enough!

The employees here are super efficient and helpful. I know the way I need my stuff done for my business can be a pain but the employees always handle things with care and are patient with me. I have also done a few loans and Carrie has been amazing at helping me with those. Definitely the best bank and people I have banked with.
