This bank has the lowest interest rates in Columbus for mortgages. The process was a little rough because I was redirected to a loan officer in Cincinnati who had terrible communication (the one in Columbus was on sabbatical). But everyone at the Columbus bank is very friendly and helpful and I was able to get everything resolved.

We have used Jay to purchase our last two houses as well as refinancing. Jay is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you have. He is very attentive and buying and refinancing with him was quick, easy and not stressful. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone considering buying a house or refinancing.

This is THE place in Columbus to get a mortgage. Jay Morris is great to work with and they have the lowest closing costs in town with competitive rates. They also never sell the servicing of your loan. I have done 3 mortgages here and I highly recommend them.

Easy to bank with and small enough to get quick answers. Mortgage rates are competitive and closing costs are the lowest in town (~$550 including title work is hard to beat). Definitely recommended!
