Stopped by to open a new account. Arrived at 4:25 pm and bank closed at 5:00 pm. Teller looked at computer clock and asked if I could come back tomorrow. Nope. Left, drove down the road and opened an account with First Trust instead.

Horrible service. Lots of fees. Can't keep track of your account or the transactions in order. Management has been fired over the years for poor decisions as others were moved up to fill positions they were not capable of or trained properly. If you want problems, this is the place to go. Would give less stars if I could.

Love this bank!

I called at 9am on July 1 to have my limit on my debit card increased. They did not increase the limit, my card was swiped and then locked and my transaction could not be completed. The bank won't be open until the 5th of July and my account won't be accessible until then either.
