I've had the account for years with little to no issue but just recently I'm locked out of my card constantly. Got locked out after trying to buy something on Walmart's website and the lady working told me I need to call ahead any time I plan on making an out of area purchase. I should be able to order stuff online without asking my bank. Tried to spend 13 dollars on Amazon today and my card is locked again. I will be switching banks I shop online too much for this hassle.

It's almost like they want you to overdraft, the account overview doesn't update right away and often it'll show that there's more in the account than there actually is, then you're hit with charge after charge. The atm will allow you to withdraw money you don't have, thought we got paid a day early and withdrew grocery money and bam was hit with overdraft, what happened to things simply being declined. In this day and age this is absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give them no stars I would. They're ALWAYS rude to my husband. They constantly announce our bank activities loudly, completely rude, constantly misinform us, never explain problems with us and have the nerve to put multiple employees in our business. Closing our account asap!

You need an account to just change a $20 bill. Uncalled for. I moved to Plymouth in 2014 and still haven't found a bank as good as 5/3. I will never recommend this bank. I'll never be back. They failed their test I use to see if I'll bank there. If you cannot make change on $20 bill without hassle you are not a true customer service bank. If 0 stars were option I would have given you that.

You folks ought to be ashamed of yourselves given your recent commercial sexualizing banking and further objectifying women! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for! Even many nationally- recognized companies do not have advertising on network TV to this extent!
