I love the Plymouth, Indiana branch of Keybank! I have been with them a number of years now and am very impressed with how I am treated and the fact they know me by name when I walk in. The tellers and management staff are definitely top shelf!

They get 1 star for the ladies being kind. I opened my account 2 months ago. They redirected my debit card to the branch over a month ago and they still dont have it. Then, i deposited a check from my student loans 3 weeks ago. They put a hold on it and i can not access any of the money i already had in the account or the money from the check.

Poor customer service extremely poor customer service they will jerk you around about your money not give it to you make 1 million excuses to why they can't give you your money and sad to say we're not talking about $10 we're talking about hundreds of dollars and they will fight you on the fact that they could give it to you or not! I am switching banks worst customer service ever and that is saying something because I hated fifth third bank as well
