They closed this location down without notice. Now closest operating branch is out of Ann Arbor. Fees are way higher than Level One Bank. No refunds on ATM charges instead they charge you more. Worst bank ever. Very very bad customer service. Never recommend them to anyone hopefully they go bankrupt or sell to someone else before the mess with anyone else’s personal finances.

I recently closed on a commercial line of credit and a HELOC at Ann Arbor State Bank. Their team was amazing every step of the way. I’ve never been through a closing that went as smoothly and quickly as the one with Ann Arbor State Bank. Ann Arbor State Bank gave me excellent rates, minimal closing costs and the highest degree of preparedness, personal service and prioritization I’ve experienced at a bank.
