Everyone is always so cheerful! Going to the bank is always a pleasant experience!

One of the employees was very rude I was trying to find out when money would be transferred to my checking account and she was very impatient and did not let me talk and when she told me how much I had in my checking account that was it after the she hung up on me

Employees are very rude and condescending. Most unpleasant bank that I have dealt with. My advice is to use a different bank.
