Love the customer service! They are both very wonderfull people and they made the process really smooth, fast, and easy. Crystal is amazing where she explained my loan thoroughly and walked me through each document. I would definitely come back to this place and I highly recommend it!

Customer service here is horrible ppl hate there jobs and take it out on Customers. Never would I consider going back.

I have been doing business at this branch for the last two of my loans. I am always satisfied and have been accommodated with the amount of loans that I've requested. I have been offered the essential optional products without any pressure. I am always treated with respect and courtesy specially by Casey. Casey is always responsive and promptly assist me in a timely manner when I needed assistance. Thank you.

So, this company spams me. EVERYDAY with paper and emails and texts. They are a HUGE scam in my experience. They pretend you are approved of things. When you call, they just run your credit up. That is all that they do. Do NOT work with this company as a Marine War Veteran, apparently that is NOT enough in their comfortable chairs. Do NOT allow them to zing and ding your credit for help or assistance. They will make your life and credit score worse off. 1 star is still 1 too many OneMain. I would say this UnAmerican company needs to close, but they make their money destroying credit scores.

This OneMain Financial Company is the worst I have ever seen. They don't care about you as a customer at all when problem comes. All they care about is their money. Even with the COVID-19 crisis, they are unable to provide any tangible relief solution to customers. They are still asking for money despite all the Ripoffs they are doing. These guys are very mean and ungrateful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONE MAIN FINANCIAL TO ANYONE. Search for a better Financial company that will care about you at the time of Financial hardship. Watch out!

Every single rep was extremely pleasant, until I got transferred to Crystal... -_- 2 stars cause the rep before her was absolutely professional and kind!
