attempted to use the drive through during lunch hour today 10-05-23. Of the four stations, two were blocked off and two were very slow. Got up to the machine and found that it was attempting to reboot. During this time, one of the staff walked out and moved one cone to open up a lane and put the cone behind my truck to close off the lane I was in. She said nothing to any of the vehicles in line, just moved the cones and walked back inside. She could have just stated to us that the machines were going to be down a while or anything. But to ignore telling customers expecting service that it wasn't available today, that is the epitome of the absence of customer service.
