You would think that when you are promised a price on an item you are selling that they would honor it. Like I said... you would think. Not going their again to sell something.

Very friendly staff. They give a fair price on your items and generally don't hassle you with 20 questions like the other pawn shops do. Easy to do business with.

First national pawn is one of the best most friendliest pawn shops that I have ever done business from! They are very fair and respectful of me and my items I have bought so many wonderful items for very good prices and they care about their customers. They try to help you any way they can. I would definitely go here they try to do as much for you and help as they can. I love this pawn shop!

Kip was the one who helped me. He’s a fantastic person and gave me great customer service. He has a smile the whole time and was very happy to help. He was very friendly and gave me some useful information. Definitely will be coming back. My overall experience was great!

I worked with Kip today and he did such an amazing job! I came and bought a ring, with the purchased they buffed the gold of the ring for me and gave me cleaner at no extra cost! He was very patient as I took my time trying to select the perfect ring. Working with someone as indecisive as me isn’t always easy but he definitely impressed! Thank you Kip!

I've gone here quite a few times and never really saw much, even when I'm just looking I'm never greeted nor asked if I wanted to look at something. The staff aren't rude but can be friendly when you talk to them.

The new guy with a goatee just doesn't care even if there regulars there.....so I'm not doing anymore business there....I always pawn and get my pawns out no problem but it's whatever
