Absolutely love the people who work at every branch I have visited. Very personal and friendly, their mobile options have improved but are still not what I wish they were, however, we have one business banking account and a non profit account with AMNB and the customer service is wonderful and a true 5 star so the trade off in weekend hours and more mobile features is worth it to us, we love and highly recommend AMNB

Great customer service and in-and-out service so you won't have to wait long and they offer complimentary water bottles, coffee and or hot cocoa (hot cocoa offered during the winter time)

I went to American National bank because of a major problem at my bank Wells Fargo. I wanted to close my account and move it to American National. I was informed it was not possible because of missing ID. Even though I was not a customer Kathryn, sorry I didn't get your last name, spent about 2 hours trying to help me out .She had no luck through no fault of hers. It just goes to show if you look hard enough you will find there is some nice and caring people in VA. Not many but a few.
