Decent. The service people were very nice. I didn't get approved by a few points because they don't use FICO, it is much moire challenging if they never worked with you before I guess. It's a solid place though, recommended to try if needed.

Went in to cash a check, and Maria (no name tag on, I had to ask for her name, older islander woman) refused to cash it because I had signed the back? Very rude. Acted very inconvenienced she was going to have to help me. Her and a younger woman came out from the back as I came in, who knows what they were doing back there. Money Tree down the street cashed it no problem.

The experience would have been fine if I had never had to go to the second employee. LIZ is her name. The first girl was very friendly but I could tell that Liz was going to make sure I wasn't approved. She muttered insults under her breath and gave me some serious attitude. Completely unprofessional.

I literally just left this location from dealing with one of the rudest most disrespectful individuals I’ve ever dealt with a customer service in my life I was hesitant on going because of the one star that they have and now I see why. I was on the phone with my John trying to get the number to the verification for the check and she heard me make a statement and decided to come in on it in a rude very disrespectful way. She instantly told me that I can take it somewhere else for no reason at all other than her listening to my phone conversation. I told her that what she didWas uncalled for and that she just did her job this would’ve even happened. I would advise you to find someone else to run this location because she is the reason why it only has one star and why no one goes there that young lady almost calls for bodily harm to be done to her and there are people sleeping right outside her location also there’s a child out there as well please don’t make me call authorities because of this woman and because their children sleeping outside the location ad form anybody to stay away from this location

I had the absolute worst customer service experience here than ANYWHERE EVER. Whoever works there who is a smaller African American lady with glasses needs a new job. I went in to cash a government check and she had to verify funds which is completely fine. I waited and she called the number and was informed staff was in a staff meeting. Once again; still okay. I was going to give her an extension for the president in payroll and this woman would not even let me get a single word in. All I hear is “nope! I’m not cashing your check. Go somewhere else” …. I told her I’d wait for the meeting to finish and we could call back in 30 minutes and she says “nope I’m still not cashing your check. Leave.” All because this woman is impatient and didn’t want to wait! I felt so disrespected. She needs to be fired and get a job where she can be rude to people for a living. Absolutely disgusting

Hi, hello. Spoke to somebody named “Liz” not sure if that’s truly what her name is being how rude she was, she has a Spanish accent. I haven’t applied or requested a payday loan for years. I called back to ask a few questions & she started screaming in my ear as if I was illiterate. Please better your Customer Service at this location.

The description says that they cash all type of check and when I bring my personal check the lady said that they don’t do that service at this place ?!!! What this place for ?
