I stopped in to the bank to open an account for my baby who isn't even a year old yet. My wife and I had spoken to Ms. Bailey on the phone and were greeted by her as soon as we walked in 15 minutes later. After only about 30 minutes and some paperwork signing we had a savings account set up for my daughter. The whole process was easy and Bailey was extremely professional and nice despite my little one attempting to babble/talk over her and wreck her desk. The bank is very large and clean. It was well decorated and FDIC insured which makes me feel like I am in good hands and our money is safe. They also had the best savings interest rate in town. First National Bank of Gillette has a large range of services they provide and I would highly recommend this bank if you are in the market for a money account. I have worked with Jessica Kern on closing a Florida loan recently, and she was awesome! Super responsive and quick as well as always being kind and awesome! I would highly suggest using FNB and Jessica on your refinance or loan!

I have had multiple fraudulent charges on my account and been hacked. They did ZERO to help me! I would advise using a different bank.
