Josh L. at Skyline came recommended by our real estate agent, along with two other folks. Josh was on top of things from the first minute. Quick responses to my emails and in depth answers to questions. We met a few days later and he took the time to help educate me on the realities of obtaining a loan. Josh clearly outlined the process, made us aware of all the pitfalls and options to position ourselves as the best buyer in any situation. Ultimately, his guidance was on the money, getting us into the house we wanted with minimal fuss. Oh, and he's honest. He SAID there would be a lot of paperwork, and he hit that bullseye as well...LOL The bottom line for us was that Josh worked hard to get us the mortgage we wanted, when we needed it. :) he knew what to do, when to do it, and how best to get his team working on our behalf. :)

Maybe a good company but not with Mr. Tishkoff, the loan officer I worked with. He was awful, and incompetent. Mr. TIshkoff couldn't close on time after 45 day escrow and did not deliver on any promises for first time buyer credit. If you're a first time buyer definitely do not use Mr. Tishkoff. This man can only talk, but does not get anything done and is a liar so avoid doing a loan with him at all costs. He'll tell you whatever you want to hear all thru the timeline until the last day, when you'll find out you're not getting anything you wanted or he told you he would get you. At the end you'll end up with no first time buyer credit, and a different loan that won't even close on time and will cost more.

It was very easy to apply for my loan and it didn't take forever. I was able to choose the time limit that I needed them to help me back my loan. Thank you so much for the service
