Dash Credit in brief
Searching "DashCredit" usually means you got a mailer or saw an ad and want to know what you're looking at. Here's a straightforward summary of what Dash Credit publishes on its own website, checked October 25, 2026. Terms can change, so confirm on its site before applying.
- Product: installment loans on a fixed payment schedule.
- Amounts: up to $3,750. Its FAQ says the most a new customer could be eligible for is $2,000, and higher amounts are available as customers move up its loyalty levels. It notes that not every applicant will qualify for $3,750, or for a loan at all.
- Term: typically repaid over nine or 10 months, depending on loyalty level. Payment dates usually fall on your paydays; for example, its FAQ says biweekly pay means 18 smaller payments over nine months, while monthly pay means nine larger ones.
- Early payoff: allowed at any time without penalty, per the website.
Ownership, regulation and governing law
Dash Credit's website says the lender is Warm Lodge Inc., d/b/a Dash Credit, a sovereign enterprise wholly owned and controlled by the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation, the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation. Its mailing address is listed in Parshall, North Dakota.
The company states that it is regulated by the Tribe under tribal law, not by state regulators or state law, and that Dash Credit and the Tribe possess sovereign immunity. It says the loan agreement contains the provisions on dispute resolution, applicable law and sovereign immunity, so that's the section to read closely before signing. The website also says Dash Credit is a member of the Online Lenders Alliance; see what the OLA is. For background on this lending model, see tribal loans explained.
Requirements and states served
Dash Credit's FAQ lists these requirements:
- 18 or older and a US resident
- Living in a state where it does business
- An open checking account
- Steady, verifiable income deposited into that account, meeting its minimum income criteria
- Not currently in bankruptcy or planning to file
It says it does not lend to active-duty military members, their spouses or dependents. Its website lists these states where it doesn't currently offer loans, noting the list may change: Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and West Virginia.
Funding times and credit checks
According to the website, same-day funding can be possible when pre-approval, e-signature and any confirmation call are completed by 11:45 a.m. Eastern on a business day with ACH payment selected; completing by 1:30 p.m. Eastern may still work, though some banks post funds the next business day. Otherwise funding occurs the next business day.
On credit, Dash Credit says lenders like it typically don't use Experian, TransUnion or Equifax and instead use alternative data repositories, so your credit report may or may not be affected. Read hard vs. soft credit inquiries for more.
How Dash Credit discloses cost
The website doesn't publish an APR range or a sample loan. It says the APR depends on factors such as credit history, income, existing debts, amount borrowed, loan length and loyalty level, and that the loan agreement provided on approval details the APR and finance charges.
Whichever lender you choose, compare offers by the total of payments. A nine-month loan and a 12-month loan with similar payments can have very different totals. Our guide to loan terms and cost shows worked examples, and the personal loan calculator lets you test your own numbers.
